Healing Hearts

If you are someone who is sensitive, responsible, and committed to giving your best version to yourself and the world, this invite is for you. I invite you to my online coaching container for September, it is called ‘Healing Hearts.’

We meet every Sunday for 2 hours for the upcoming month, for emotional healing through mindful-based practices. This program offers an emotionally safe environment for personal growth, ease, and self-awareness.

You will experience:

1. Experience Emotional Safety: A judgment-free space to express yourself authentically and explore your innermost thoughts and feelings.
2. Cultivate Self-Connection: Discover techniques to deepen self-awareness, strengthen intuition, and build a stronger relationship with yourself.
3. Allow Catharsis and Release: Learn effective ways to release shame, guilt, anxiety, and past traumas, freeing yourself from emotional burdens and enabling confidence.
4. Restore Yourself: Reclaim your inner power, rebuild self-esteem, and cultivate self-compassion to create a more fulfilling and purposeful life.

Also, if you are a parent, teacher or a leader who wants to design a safe and non-judgmental space for deep connection within the members of your family/work; this 4-week container will open a wealth of practices, ideas, and skills for you. It is created for men and women who are inspired to master their inner life of emotions and feelings, live with self-responsibility and lead by example.

Coming Back Home to Yourself

Life events such as health, relationships, and career-related challenges can sometimes interrupt our self-connection. This can cause deep alienation, and fragmentation and can take away the juice of life. So, we must have strategies in our toolbox that help us to reconnect with ourselves.

You are welcome to experience this 90-minute mindfulness-based relaxation experience at Stadshallen, Lund. The facilitator, Charnita Arora, skillfully converges mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and somatics to have the participants receive a ‘felt’ sense of safety and re-connection within their bodies.

This session is for anyone looking to experience peace of mind, deep relaxation, and wellness through a guided mindfulness experience. If someone often finds themselves overthinking, anxious, and restless, this session is a perfect gift of inner stability. Mindfulness Tea Meditation • Lund, Sweden

Experience how a delightful cup of chai can engage your senses into an inner calm, harmony, and joy. First time in Lund!

In this guided experience, the mindfulness author and TEDx speaker Charnita lead you into a calming self-connection in the warmth of her home through the taste of her masala chai. She will share with you the joy of a secret inter-generational chai recipe, which will leave you mesmerized and spacious. The chai is vegan and has an extraordinary blend of cardamom, handpicked black tea leaves from India, and loving intentions. This event is focused on bringing you to the present moment with the help of this mindful ritual.

The event is open on request for individuals, families, and organizations. The duration of the event is between 1.5 to 2 hours. There are no cancellation refunds unless the event is canceled by the admin due to unforeseen reasons.
